Comfortable settings.

We are designed for individuals needing light assistance with activities of daily living, as well as the security of having personnel on the premises to assist individuals in case of a medical problem.

The Assisted Living Apartments are a part of the Maplewood living experience. This two story assisted living apartment building has an elevator, ten studio apartments on each floor, for a total of twenty efficiency apartments. Each apartment is approximately 500 square feet, and is designed for occupancy by one individual. However, the apartments could house two individuals, in certain circumstances.

Each apartment has a large handicapped accessible bathroom, as well as a large walk-in closet. There is a small kitchenette in each apartment, consisting of a sink, refrigerator, and a microwave.
